Summary:                    mod_log_sql under 2.0.59 is not logging to correct
tables?!?
Description: 
I used mod_log_sql for a while and it worked perfectly. A month ago I
updated to apache 2.0.59 and since then mod_log_sql logs to the wrong
database tables. LogSQLMassVirtualHosting is turned off and
LogSQLTransferLogTable is set per virtual host, but the database tables
still get their name from the host header and not the configured one. The
configuration was not changed.
