Summary:                    mod_gnutls does not accept client OpenPGP
certificates which have no expiration
Description: 
mod_gnutls claims that client OpenPGP certificates with no expiration date
have expired.

Attached patch checks if expiration_time is zero before comparing it to
the current time.
