I am having problems getting ssl to compile in mod_log_sql v1.98

The apache version is 2.0.44 and the OS is Mandrake 9.1

The command line used for configure is:

./configure --with-apxs=/usr/sbin/apxs --enable-ssl
--with-ssl-inc=/usr/include/openssl/

What I get at the bottom of the configure is no ssl:

I'm wondering what I'm doing wrong or if anything is missing here.

Thanks in advance .... Mike
