[Mod_log_sql] Differentiating between multiple sites served on the same vhost

Actually, there that feature was just added in the 1.100 release. This
is a development release though, and largely developed on Apache 2.0,
but contains full backward compatibility with Apache 1.3. It should be
easy enough to backport into 1.18 if you'd rather stick with 1.18 stable
release until mod_log_sql 2.0 is released (which may be a few more
months yet), just file a bug report at http://issues.outoforder.cc/ if
you want me to backport it.
