[Mod_log_sql] Apache access_log used when mod_log_sql enabled

As you've enabled MassVirtualHosting there will be exactly one table per virtual host. 
Your access.log  ... could it be it's your default apache Custom/Whatsoever Log ...
and ... that one stand in the main config part of apache not in a virtualhosts declaration.

What do you have to do ? - Cut the lines with you CustomLog if you don't like that
and go to www.modlogan.org where you can find a log-analyzer which is able to directly read from log_sql tables.
