[Mod_log_sql] Issue with Win32 version of mod_log_sql

Hi,

Great utility, I have been experimenting with it for a few days now.

Config:
    mod_log_sql v 1.100 from Brian Thurlow
    apache v2.0.52
    MySQL v5.0.16
    Windows 2k SP4

As soon as I installed this and enabled mod_log_sql I have been getting
Windows Access Violations. Lots and lots of them.

Taking a look at the Apache error.log I have these sorts of messages:

[Mon Mar 13 14:55:43 2006] [error] mysql_query returned (1)
[Mon Mar 13 14:55:43 2006] [notice] db reconnect successful
[Mon Mar 13 14:57:28 2006] [error] mysql_query returned (1)
[Mon Mar 13 14:57:28 2006] [notice] db reconnect successful
[Mon Mar 13 14:57:28 2006] [error] mysql_query returned (1)
[Mon Mar 13 14:57:28 2006] [error] second attempt failed
[Mon Mar 13 14:57:28 2006] [error] mysql_query returned (1)
[Mon Mar 13 14:57:28 2006] [notice] db reconnect successful
[Mon Mar 13 14:57:29 2006] [error] mysql_query returned (1)
[Mon Mar 13 14:57:29 2006] [notice] db reconnect successful
[Mon Mar 13 14:57:29 2006] [error] mysql_query returned (1)
[Mon Mar 13 14:57:29 2006] [notice] db reconnect successful
[Mon Mar 13 14:57:29 2006] [error] mysql_query returned (1)
[Mon Mar 13 14:57:29 2006] [notice] db reconnect successful
[Mon Mar 13 14:57:29 2006] [error] mysql_query returned (1)
etc

I know that this question was asked last year in May, and the response was
"wait until the next release".

Does anyone know how to work around this? or whether it is a config issue?

Thanks

Mike
