[Mod_log_sql] scoreboard

Hello Thomas
My friend installed the mod on my Etch server so he may have back ported
from sid. 

Now that I have the tables all built I have done as you suggested and
turned off LogSQLMassVirtualHosting and used the vhost directives to use
the scoreboard feature more effectively.

I look forward to seeing more done on this mod. The extra logging
features will be really nice.
