[Mod_log_sql] Help, "Mysql could not be found"

As the newbiee I am I decided to install xampp in my Fedora 4 server, when I
decide to compile the mod_sql_log ; I got this output.

Can anybody help me and tell me why it can't find the mysql client when is
running in the server.
