[Mod_log_sql] configure: WARNING: ** libDBI client libraries not found!

./configure --with-mysql=/usr/bin/mysql --without-dbi

still gives 2 warnings:

checking for dbi Includes in no/include... no
configure: WARNING: ** libDBI client libraries not found!
checking for libdbi library in no/lib... no
configure: WARNING: ** libDBI client libraries not found!

does it mean I can safely ignore them?
