[Modules] mod_gnutls 0.4.2

I've released tonight mod_gnutls 0.4.2. 

The changes since 0.4.1 are:
- Added support for sending a certificate chain.
- Corrected bug which did not allow the TLS session cache to be used.
- Do not allow resuming sessions on different servers.

The most important is the correction of a bug that effectively disabled 
session caching. If you were worried about the performance of your server you 
should give this version a try (use it with gnutls 2.1.8 which will be 2.2.0 
in a few days).
