[Modules] mod_gnutls improvements v2.0

Hello,
 This patch for mod_gnutls goes a bit further than the previous one and makes 
the SNI support complete. In this version except for correcting few bugs, 
I've made the ciphersuites configurable, and they can even be configured per 
virtual host. Thus one host might support only SRP, the other X.509 etc. This 
comes at a cost of course. It requires the latest (unreleased) version of 
gnutls which is only available as daily build [0] (proper release expected by 
the end of this month).
