Based on the error message it seems that it failed to parse your
hostname/ip address. <br>
<br>
did you literally have ip1? or an IPv4 or IPv6 address?<br>
<br>
Make sure your address is in one of the supported forms.<br>

192.147.32.13:1812<br>
<br>
it also seems the underlying libradius lib does not currently
support IPV6 so ONLY ipv4 is supported.<br>
