Summary:                    perpetual segfaults
Description: 
if there is no mod_log_sql_mysql (or pgsql i assume) entry in the
httpd.conf
but the mod_log_sql is otherwise configured apache will start but spew
forth segfaulting threads (in the error_log file)

works fine with the second line

should possibly look for the presence of the driver module, then give nice
error messages
