Summary: x86_64 detection support for mysql and libdbi (m4
files)
Description:
the current mysql and libdbi m4 files do not properly detect the libraries
on x86_64 systems.. Mod_log_Sql needs to have it's configure script
updated to use libtool (to gain access to libsuff variable) and update the
m4 scripts to use ${libsuff}

Thomas Antony - 05-14-06 11:04
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I have uploaded configure.log from my FC4 x86_64 system.
I have changed MYSQL_LDFLAGS in configure, so ./configure will complete.

I will have to play with some more on my x86_64 system @ work to figure out
why it's not detecting things correctly..
Which Fedora Core release is this?

Thomas Antony - 05-15-06 02:01
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It's Fedora Core 4 x86_64. I will upgrade to Fedora Core 5 in the next few
weeks.

I've attached my config.log from run on my FC 4 x86_64 system.
It found mod_ssl.h without any problems on my machine.
Are you sure you have openssl-devel installed?
I'll attach the updated configure script that I generated on my fc4 box.

The updated configure did not helped.
On my FC4 mod_ssl.h is located at /usr/include/httpd/mod_ssl.h
I will attached the config.log
