It is developed on a linux machine, but work fine on most *nix like
systems.. Including Freebsd and Mac OS X. I believe someone also got it
running on Novell Netware.

Well, the answer is yes and no. I managed to get it to compile and load
into apache in windows, but there are some windows idiosyncrasies I have
to debug and track down as the module did not quite work. And this is
further complicated by the fact that I do not have a copy of MSVC with a
debugger only the free command line compiler provided by Microsoft.
I have a few more things to finish for the next release of my other main
module, mod_log_sql, and then I am going to start on my TODO list for
mod_ftpd. And will try to work toward getting a windows build working.
If you have MSVC and are handy with debugging, if you download the
subversion trunk of mod_ftpd, there is a build.bat file that is in there
to compile the code. Just download http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/ and
check out "http://svn.outoforder.cc/svn/mod_ftpd/trunk" into a mod_ftpd
directory.
