[Mod_log_sql] Setting up mod_log_sql

Hello Craig,
Thanks for the speedy response
I used the apache packages from debian.org (or apt-get in Debian) and all
modules were installed the same way, except for the ones I got from
outoforder.cc
The problem only happens when SQL logging mod DSOs are enabled...
