[Mod_transform] HTML Parsing support

I'm using mod_transform for theming content generated by Plone and
phpBB, using xsl generated by deliverance
(http://codespeak.net/svn/z3/deliverance/sandboxes/paul/xdv/README.txt).
I've had to patch mod_transform with an option to use the html parser.

Any comments or suggestions for improvement appreciated.
