[Modules] xradius 0.4.6 and apache2.2.3

I've been struggling with the same problem.  I got it to compile by
modifying the libtool line of the Makefile to read:

LIBTOOL = /usr/share/apr-1.0/build/libtool --tag=CC

Which seemed to make it compile.  However, I can't get much further
than that.  Apache changed the authentication modules quite a bit for
2.2, and I can't figure out how to get it to work.  If anyone has any
working radius authentication option with apache 2.2 I'd love to know
what it is.
