[Modules] IE and FF not loading the same certs

I have apache with mod_gnutls installed. there are only 2 sites i am hosting.

each site has a different cert.

when you look at those sites with FF2 the certs are correct.

when you look at them with IE6 ot IE7 then only the cert that is in the first listed
<VirtualHost *:443> block gets loaded

anyone seen this before?

I have tried several different directive changes on 'GnuTLSPriorities' and tried adding 'GnuTLSExportCertificates on' also but no change.
