[Mod_log_sql] A bug repported in ubuntu, score_board patch & latest version of mod_log_sql

I have some new code into the works for mod_log_sql.. including  
threaded support for apache 2.2. (currently in testing and  
development payed for by a company).

I've wanting to work toward making it so the module (or a companion  
shell script) could manage the DB table format and many of the latest  
changes work toward that. Right now trying to settle down after  
having my Son born this past Thursday:)  So it may be a few weeks  
before I get to merging in several outstanding patches and pushing  
out new test versions.
