[Modules] mod_gnutls: performance issues

I've added some tips to increase performance on a mod_gnutls
server at:

If you have experiences with tuning those settings or other performance 
related issues, report them to me. (please try to give a good image of the 
server - hardware - and what is happening during that load etc.). I have seen 
that gnutls performs better when used in amd64 architectures and multi-cpu 
systems.
