OutOfOrder.cc is happy to announce this minor bug fix release for our
newest module, mod_gnutls.

Changes:
- - Support for the stable 2.0 branch. The previous release only supported
the 2.1 development branch.

- - Remove extra debugging code, accidentally left enabled in the 0.1.0
release.
