Summary: tests need some TLC
Description:
I ran into a couple problems with the tests:
They don't handle response times < 1ms.
The don't abort when errors occur.
The 'out' macro shouldn't have ; (confuses syntax highlighting).
There is no example of how to build the tests.
There are compiler warnings due to missing include files.
I've attached a patch that fixes all these issues.
